Isurus Escheri shark jaw reconstruction.

Approximately 70 centimetres high made of polyester

This very rare species is thought to be an evolutionary dead end. Only found regularly in a handful of places in the world. With only one producing enough specimens to assemble a complete dentition. The sandpit site ”De kuilen” Langenboom Mill. This site has since been closed. The fossil layer is approximately 15m below the surface so no more fossils can be collected. It took many years of combined fossil hunting to complete. Which makes this Escheri shark jaw reconstruction utterly unique in the world.  (I just wish I didn’t sell it at the time.)  It contains 2” inch principal fossil teeth of the highest quality preservation.
